# Creating Short Podcasts
Here we look at the process of creating a short under 10 minute audio podcast, together with an image, and optionally time and place.
Here is an example of a quick podcast that I recorded and then touched up using the steps outlined below.
These are the main steps: - Record your audio using Audioboom - Take a photo, annotate and upload your podcast - Correct or edit any mistakes using web interface - Download the audio and edit in audio software - Upload polished audio file - Drag and drop Audioboom page into Fedwiki
# Record Record your audio using Audioboom. Alternatively use any way you like to record audio and then upload it to the site using
# Annotate and upload Add a title, a description and attach a photo. Upload your podcast.
# Make corrections It's fine to make a quick audio podcast and add a few words of description, as you can use the Audioboom web site to edit any of the information you upload.
# Download the audio and edit A raw recording will often be of low quality. The good news it is quite easy to improve it with basic and free audio software.
# Upload polished audio file Once you have finished polishing your audio, you can use the web interface to upload and replace the original audio. You can do this at any time so there is no hurry.
# Drag and drop Audioboom page into Fedwiki Drag the url from the Audioboom page to a an Audioboom Transporter to bring the content into Fedwki. Fork the ghost page created or drag and drop individual elements to where you want them.
